This is obviously an important resource for the purely utilitarian reason that finding a toilet can be a desperate and unfortunately difficult task. In addition, this site moves towards the valuable task of exposing and shaming the invisibility of the public peeing problem. If the issue were dealt with openly, instead of with reticence caused by embarrassment associated with elimination, then we could actually advocate for better facilities and demand our local governments provide serious resources where they are needed.
